Rating a journey

Use only a PNR for a journey you made yourself, or made together with the people on that ticket. Rate honestly, based on that journey.

One rating is accepted per PNR, within 30 days of the journey date. A submitted rating cannot be edited.

Comments

Do not post abuse, threats, hate speech, advertising, links, phone numbers, or anyone's personal information, including railway staff and other passengers.

Comments are checked automatically and may be withheld or removed at any time. Star and delay ratings may still count when a comment is withheld.

By submitting a rating or comment you allow us to publish it on RateMyTrain and to use it in totals and summaries.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to guess PNRs, submit ratings automatically, get around rate limits or bot checks, or disrupt the site. We may block access that does.

No guarantee

Ratings are passengers' opinions about past journeys. They do not predict how a train will run or how clean it will be on your journey. The site is provided as it is, without warranty, and we are not liable for decisions made using it.

For bookings, schedules, live running status and refunds, use the official railway services.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
